Thank you so much for being part of the Your Baby, Your Call Summit. We’re excited to team up with you to create a supportive, practical event for moms navigating the many medical choices that come with their baby’s first year.

Your Baby, Your Call is a free, 3-day virtual summit happening February 1–3, 2027.

Throughout the event, moms will hear from trusted experts who can help them better understand their options, ask informed questions, and feel more confident navigating medical decisions for their babies.

How the Event Will Work

Your Baby, Your Call will run from February 1–3, 2027.

Rather than traditional summit presentations, every speaker will participate in a pre-recorded interview with Dr. Elana lasting less than 30 minutes.

We’ll provide your interview questions in advance, along with any suggested talking points we’d like to cover. The goal is for the conversation to feel approachable, useful, and easy for moms to follow.

During your interview, you’ll also have up to 3 minutes to share a relevant free resource or opt-in with attendees.

All summit interviews will be available to attendees throughout the entire event from February 1–3.

There is no required live participation during the summit. You’re welcome to join us inside our attendee community and interact with attendees if you’d like, but it is completely optional.

Free registration for the summit opens January 11, 2027.

Our main speaker promotion period will run from January 18–February 3, 2027. We’ll provide email swipe copy, social media copy, and graphics to make sharing as easy as possible.

We’ll also be offering an All Access Pass, which includes:

  • Lifetime or extended access to summit interview replays
  • A private podcast feed
  • Detailed notes for each interview
  • Bonus resources contributed by participating speakers

The All Access Pass will be available beginning January 11, 2027.

1. Basic Information

We’ll collect some basic information from you so we can create your speaker profile and prepare summit materials:

  • Your bio
  • Headshot
  • Website and social links
  • Interview topic information
  • Free resource or opt-in details

2. Your Interview

Your contribution to the summit will be a pre-recorded interview lasting less than 30 minutes.

You do not need to prepare a formal presentation or slide deck.

We’ll provide your interview questions ahead of time, along with any suggested talking points, so you’ll know what to expect.

Our goal is to create conversations that help moms walk away with useful information and greater confidence navigating medical choices during their baby’s first year.

You’ll also have up to 3 minutes during the interview to share a relevant free resource or opt-in.

All speaker interviews must be recorded and completed by December 18, 2026.

Interview Reuse Policy

You retain ownership and full interest and title in your presentation and related materials.

3. All Access Pass Contribution

The All Access Pass gives attendees an opportunity to go deeper with the summit content while also creating an additional way for speakers to connect with attendees.

Speaker bonus contributions are optional but highly encouraged.

You may contribute a resource such as:

  • A template
  • A guide
  • A workshop
  • A mini-course
  • A checklist
  • Another useful digital resource that supports attendees

Your contribution can be something you already have or something you create specifically for the summit. It should be something that is of higher value than a freebie. 

For example, we will be offering a 30 day trial in our Doctor Mom Membership valued at $33. 

Speakers who contribute a qualifying bonus will receive an increased affiliate commission of 40%, rather than the standard 30%.

Contributing a bonus can also give attendees another opportunity to join your email list when they claim your resource.

All Access Pass buyers will be able to begin accessing speaker bonuses starting January 11, 2027.

4. Promotion

One of the biggest benefits of a virtual summit is having a group of experts come together around a shared goal.

To help make the event successful for everyone involved, all speakers are asked to promote the summit to their audience.

At minimum, we ask each speaker to:

  • Send at least one email about the summit
  • Share at least one social media post

You’re absolutely encouraged to share more if it makes sense for your audience and goals.

The main promotion period will run from January 18–February 1, 2027.

We’ll provide:

  • Email swipe copy
  • Social media swipe copy
  • Promotional graphics

When promoting, be sure to use your individual affiliate link so purchases of the All Access Pass can be tracked back to you.

5. Optional Summit Participation

There is no required live participation during the summit.

If you’d like, you’re welcome to join our attendee community, interact with moms, answer questions, or connect further with attendees.

This is completely optional.

Affiliate Details

In addition to visibility, new connections, and opportunities to grow your email list, speakers can also earn affiliate commissions from All Access Pass sales they refer.

The commission structure is:

  • 30% commission for all speakers
  • 40% commission for speakers who contribute a qualifying bonus to the All Access Pass

The All Access Pass pricing structure will be:

  • $47 Fast-Action Offer: available for approximately 15–20 minutes immediately after someone registers for the free summit
  • $97 Early Bird Price: available after the fast-action offer ends and before the summit begins
  • $147 Regular Price: begins when the summit starts on February 1, 2027

The All Access Pass includes:

  • Summit interview replays
  • A private podcast feed
  • Detailed notes for each interview
  • Speaker-contributed bonus resources
