Doctor Mom's Movement Program

Join us inside our home for a "mama friendly" movement series!

As a busy Mom, exercising isn't something that seems to easily fit into our day-to-day. I personally feel so blessed I have a husband who is a fitness expert, who trains me at home, and I wanted to share what he does with me with YOU! 

You may have just had a baby, or have toddlers running around, and just want a quick and easy way to get moving! We got you covered!  It is as easy as logging in and choosing the level of intensity you want for the day, ranging from gentle to challenging. Let's face it. As moms, our energy fluctuates day by day so we wanted to give you options!

We designed each video to average 15 minutes so it is workable for a busy mom's schedule. I get it... even 15 minutes doesn't always seem feasible, but I know if I move for at least 15 minutes a day I feel SO good and I want that for you!  If you can even get 15 minutes of movement in 2-3 times a week, that is a NOURISHING practice and a WIN for you, Mama!

So I partnered with my husband and my postpartum care team to design this home movement program so mamas feel supported during a time we can't go to gyms easily and need something easy and convenient we can do at home.

Together, we've designed a program that no mom can fail! A program that you do right in your home, needing next to no equipment and that has been working for me for years... so I know it will work for you too!
